About Bayana
Member administration without the reconciliation work
Bayana was built around one recognisable problem: treasurers who, every quarter, manually compare bank statements against the member list to figure out who has paid their contribution.
The problem we solve
For small and medium-sized associations — sports clubs, cultural associations, religious foundations, federations — member administration is often an afterthought. Matching incoming payments to the right member happens by hand: comparing names and amounts, chasing down discrepancies, every single collection round. Existing software is often expensive, clunky, or missing exactly the thing that takes the most time: automatic matching between bank statement and member.

Who we build for
Bayana is made for small to medium-sized organisations of roughly 50 to 2,000 members: sports clubs, swimming clubs, chess clubs, mosques and foundations, scouting groups and federations. Every type of organisation gets a matching starting point when it's created — with its own terminology, sample fields and packages — which you can then adjust freely.
